Yesterday morning the Old Saybrook Railroad Bridge caught fire (briefly, no one was hurt), suspending service. This sparked inspiration for a new Drink of the Week from Bar Manager Eric Nass: Announcing the Burning Bridges. It’s a combination of Jack Daniels Fire, Rum Chata and a Dash of Grenadine blended together, followed by whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top!
